Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident and glamorous in your Avelle pieces. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer exchanges for another size within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability. Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all boutique tags still attached. A valid proof of purchase is required for all transactions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping & Delivery
Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days. We offer reliable shipping across Canada with estimated delivery windows of 5-10 business days depending on your location. While we strive for timely delivery, Avelle Clothing is not responsible for postal delays or lost packages once they have been handed to the carrier; however, we will assist you in opening a claim with the provider. We charge a $3 handling fee and mainly do drop off according to locations.
Order Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at avelleclothing2418@gmail.com immediately. Orders can only be canceled or modified before they have been processed and shipped. Once a shipping label has been created, we are unable to make any further changes.
